01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ON Artes Marciais Student Portal (the "Portal"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). Please also review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Portal.02User Responsibilities
Account Security
- ●You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
- ●You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
- ●No sharing of credentials.
- ●No illegal or unauthorized use.
- ●No scraping or data extraction.
- ●No tampering with security features.
Parental Consent for Minors
If under 13, parent/guardian consent required.03Payment Terms
- ●Payments processed by If Then Pay (Privacy Policy).
- ●For enrollments or services purchased through the Portal, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of the transaction, unless the service has already begun with your express consent.
- ●Outside of statutory withdrawal rights, all payments are final and non-refundable.
04Intellectual Property
All Portal content belongs to ON Artes Marciais or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification requires prior consent.05Termination
We may suspend/terminate accounts for ToS violations, fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with law.06Liability and Disclaimers
We are not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence or for outages outside our control.07Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These ToS are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts according to the consumer's domicile. You may also access the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.08Changes to These Terms
We may update these ToS. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance via email or Portal notice. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to terminate your account before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.09Contact Us
